Pop, lock, and drop! Actually, there is no prior dance experience required for my dance fitness classes. Many participants proclaim to not be able to even follow a beat, let alone bust a dance move. None of that matters when you’re in my class. Dance fitness is a great way to sneak in a workout while having fun. We start slow, increase our heart rates, incorporate bootcamp style body-weight movements with dance moves, and end with a cooldown. Free group dance fitness classes are hosted on Zoom just about every 10 days and run for 45 minutes per session. Check the calendar for the current schedule and changes. Sign up to receive the Zoom login information and email invites. Classes are free, but donations are accepted (not required). Donations can be made via CashApp to $drblimitlessfitness.
