What ways can I donate for the free virtual classes?
While donations are not required to attend, I do appreciate any donation you are compelled to give. There are a few ways you can donate. There is a "Virtual Class Donations" tab next to the homepage where you can send money via PayPal or credit card. Also, you could CashApp me at $drblimitlessfitness. I have a Zelle using firstname.lastname@example.org as well. If none of these avenues work, please reach out for other options. Thank you for your donation!
What is included in the monthly accountability coaching?
Accountability coaching is primarily intended for those who have a handle on what they need to do in their fitness journeys, but need an extra push and guidance to get going and keep the momentum up. As your accountability coach, I will listen to your goals and help you refine your fitness plan, help keep you on track, and follow up weekly for check-ins. We will talk about your goals and I will provide tips and motivation to help you along your journey. Every week, you will get feedback on your progress and I will make suggestions to help keep you accountable. If at any time you have a question about what to do or in need of encouragement, reach out! I will get back to you within 24 hours.
What is included in monthly nutrition coaching?
With all of the fad diets, teas, and pills circulating the fitness industry, deciding what route to take in deciding what to eat can be quite a daunting task. As your nutrition coach, I will teach you how to incorporate healthy eating in a permanent manner to fit your needs. I will provide tools, tips, and tricks to help you reach your goals (whether it’s to lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, or maintain). This is not a cookie cutter approach! All nutrition consulting is customized for each individual based on their physical activity, body composition, and goals. Every week, you will get feedback on your progress and I will make suggested changes to your food intake to help you stay on track.
